The Lomu Legacy International U18 Sevens are proud to announce Mohommed Fawaz, captain of the Sri Lanka Under-18 national team, as a member of the Jonah Lomu AllStars boys team.
Sri Lanka Rugby President Pavithra Fernando said:
"Sri Lanka Rugby is proud that Mohommed Fawaz, captain of our Under-18 national team, has been selected for the Jonah Lomu AllStars. Fawaz was nominated by our National Rugby Selection Committee following his performances at the recent Asia Rugby Under-18 Tournament in China.
This is a wonderful opportunity for Fawaz to represent Sri Lanka alongside talented young players from around the world. We hope the experience will help him grow as a player and inspire other young rugby players across Sri Lanka. We thank Nadene Lomu and the Jonah Lomu AllStars for welcoming him and wish Fawaz and the team every success."
Thank you to Sri Lanka Rugby for their support and partnership. We are excited to welcome Fawaz to the Lomu Legacy family.
